Payment

For the moment I accept just Paypal. If you need a different form of payment please ask me.

Shipping

I will ship within 3 days after you bought your doll.

For Germany the shipping price includes tracking.

For international shipping it does not include tracking or insurance. If you prefer it let me know and I tell you the extra costs.

Sorry but I can't refund lost items.

Return policies

I don't hope so but if you are for some reason not happy with your purchase you can return it within one week after receiving. I will refund the full amount of the doll but no shipping costs or tax.

Custom dolls can not be returned.

Please make sure that returned dolls are in the same condition as you received them.

Please send them with a tracking number. Lost dolls can not be returned.

Custom orders

From time to time I do accept custom orders. Just ask me if I there is some spare time.

Materials

For Mapaidolls I use mostly cotton and polyester fiberfill. From time to time especially for their clothes I use recycled materials.

Recommendations

Mapaidolls are made for gentle play. I would recommend them for children over the age of 3 but you know your children best.

To clean them please do NOT use the washing mashine. Just spot clean them with a dampth cloth.
